Andre Gallant:
On Saturday, April
17, we are pleased to present an evening with Andre Gallant, renowned
photographer and
instructor based in New Brunswick. Andre is a frequent contributor to
PhotoLife magazine and has published several books. He continually
experiments with new visual techniques and approaches, producing
stimulating landscape, travel and abstract images. Andre also teaches
and co-authors books with Freeman Patterson. Ticket details for this
event will be announced later.
Members' Print Show:
For the
month of April, a free exhibit of members' prints will be on display.
In 2009 an entry from 11 members of the club to Nature's Best magazine
was voted Best Camera Club submission, and the works are currently
shown at the Smithsonian in Washington D.C. The quality of the
month-long print show will
be equally high.
Both events will be at Victoria
Arts Connection, 2750 Quadra Street.
