In addition to our regular program of scheduled meetings at Norway House, Club members also participate in numerous Field Trips to locations rich in photographic opportunities. A series of Workshops is on offer through which members participate in learning activities in photography and image processing. A public event, "Through the Photographer's Eye", is held on an annual or semi-annual basis to showcase our work to the broader community. It goes without saying that the principal activity of many, if not most, of our VCC members is the making and sharing of images. You can see a good cross-section of our current images by opening our Galleries menu and clicking on the top item - Club Galleries.
Our Club Galleries include the following:
Pictures of the Week: New galleries are created on a weekly basis. Members post their favourites from ANY week. See the Guidelines and contact the webmaster for the password. Assistance is available from the webmaster.
Field Trip Galleries: Members are invited to post images from VCC Field Trips in which they have participated. Guidelines as above.
Members' Galleries: Individual galleries display up to a twelve-image sample of a member's work. Assistance is available from the webmaster.
Themed Galleries: After two weeks in the Pictures of the Week galleries, images are moved to the top of the appropriate Themed Gallery, replacing images at the bottom of the set.
